I call these my Matt Cardle trousers! I love yellow clothes, which most of my mates will testify to and so these yellow trousers HAD to be snapped up when I saw them in the H&M sale. A bargain at only £7!

Feeling Blue

Don’t you love that feeling when you get a new dress?!! I’ve been on the lookout for something special to wear for NE1′s Newcastle Fashion Week and I think I’ve found it! What do you think?!

I’ve always steered away from Maxi dresses as I’m so short, but with a pair of high heels, I think it actually makes me feel taller! What I love about it is not only the great directional cuts and black belt detail – which slims you down(!) but also the lush thigh high split. If you like the dress, you can buy it here.

I personally love Grecian style dresses, I think they’re so timeless and a really elegant look, however, what I love about this Ossie Clark dress, is that it’s also really modern, there’s a great exposed back zip and the tailoring makes it suitable for day wear or evening wear.

I’ve been a fan of Ossie Clark for as long as I remember. He’s a legend!! What’s lovely about his new website is that there’s also free delivery! Some of these amazing designer clothes are SOOOO incredibly reasonable – check out this beautiful Islington yellow dress for only £44 (next on my to buy list. You know how much I love the colour yellow!). Another great bonus is when you get it delivered is the wonderful packaging – what a treat! I’m a sucker for beautiful packaging! This is how ALL dresses should come! (not in a rubbish plastic bag – take note other fashion retailers!)

My ideal outfit is to mix British designer with high street and vintage and I think this outfit pulls a bit of everything together. As I want to wear this dress in the evening, I’ve chosen some seriously eye catching jewellery. I opted for this bracelet from Rosie Fox, a wonderful Valentine present from the boy:

I also accessorized with last year’s sponsors of NE1′s Newcastle Fashion Week, Chamilia, with their cute little VIP charm bracelet!

I got my hair done that day too – decided to go for a bit of shocking pink!

And no outfit is complete without the shoes! I teamed the dress up with these glitzy heels from Luxury Rebel. I got them on sale – from £125 down to £15! Bargain!
