Bright Delights of London

After an exhausting NE1′s Newcastle Fashion Week, I took some time off to pop down to London. It’s a great excuse to have a few meetings, see some friends and see my gorgeous Godson and his little brother. I mean how cute are they?!

I had a great day meeting the lovely Elizabeth Walker (ex fashion editor of Marie Claire) and Damien, the Digital Director of Liberty, for lunch. After lunch, I had a quick shop with Liz and picked up this cute little tee from Uniqlo (in collaboration with Lulu Guinness). Well if the industry legend Liz Walker says it looks good, how can you NOT buy it?! I wore this to work the other day, with red braces and a black pencil skirt. Love it!

You can still pick up this t-shirt and the rest of Uniqlo’s Lulu Guinness range here.

After lunch and a shop, I headed into Liberty – the most fashionable mecca of London.

I managed to escape without damaging my credit card but I did pop into the lovely RE store. I’ve previously blogged about this store – covering their Corbridge boutique and I’m delighted to say they’ve now opened up in Liberty’s! Like me – Liberty can obviously spot what’s hot! ;) Liberty’s hosting RE is like having a treasure trove inside a treasure trove.

It’s such a delightful home accessories store. I’m just waiting until they call me up to help set up and integrate a vintage RE:Found Fashion section!
